Whole Foods 365, C2O, Zola, and Vita Coco Brand Coconut Water Investigation

Have you purchased cans of Whole Foods 365, C2O, Zola, or Vita Coco brand coconut water labeled as BPA Free?  You may be entitled to compensation.

Our firm is investigating potential consumer claims against Whole Foods 365, C2O, Zola, and Vita Coco over claims they make on their labels concerning the lack of Bisphenol A, also known as BPA, in their products.  BPA is known to cause reproductive harm and other issues.  Whole Foods 365, C2O, Zola, and Vita Coco represent that their coconut water products are “BPA Free” or sold in “Non-BPA Lining” containers.  Despite these claims, however, recent studies and reports have detected BPA in numerous brands of coconut water!

If you’ve purchased cans of Whole Foods 365, C2O, Zola, or Vita Coco brand coconut water based at least in part on these companies’ representations that their products were free of BPA, please fill out the information below.  You may be entitled to compensation.  There are no upfront attorney fees or costs to you.  We will only get attorney fees if we win the case, and we ask the Court to award us fees.
